This Privacy Policy describes how the Saudi Driving Test iOS app ("the app", bundle ID com.cabulk.drivingtest.saudi) handles your information. The app is developed and published by Central Asia Bulk Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

We have designed this app to respect your privacy. The short version: we do not collect any personal information about you. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

2. What Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information from you. The app operates entirely on your device. We have no servers that store your data, no analytics that track your behavior, and no third parties that receive information about you.

3. Local Storage

The following information is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted anywhere:

• Your language preference (English or Arabic)
• Dark mode toggle
• Daily practice reminder time
• Your study progress (questions answered, correct/incorrect, bookmarks)
• Your exam history and review mistakes

This data is stored using Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism and stays inside the app sandbox on your device. It is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app.

4. In-App Purchases

The app offers a one-time Premium in-app purchase, processed through Apple's StoreKit. Purchase records, payment information, and transaction history are handled by Apple — not by us. We only receive a signal that confirms whether you have purchased Premium.

5. Notifications

The app may ask for permission to send you local notifications (daily practice reminders). These notifications are generated entirely on your device — we do not send push notifications from a server. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time via iOS Settings → Saudi Driving Test → Notifications.

6. Third-Party Services

This app uses no third-party services, analytics, or advertising networks. There are no SDKs from Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Facebook, or similar providers. The app does not track you across other apps or websites.

7. Permissions We Do Not Request

The app does not request access to:

• Your location
• Your camera
• Your microphone
• Your photos
• Your contacts
• Your calendar
• Your Bluetooth or local network

8. Children's Privacy

The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for users of all ages, including children. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from children, teenagers, or adults.

9. Data Retention

All app data stays on your device. We do not have copies on any server. Your local data remains until you choose to delete the app or reset progress within the app.

10. Your Rights

You are in full control of your data at all times:

• Reset all progress: Settings → Reset All Progress (this action cannot be undone)
• Delete all data: Uninstall the app from your device
• Revoke notifications: iOS Settings → Saudi Driving Test → Notifications → Off

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

11. International Users

Your data never leaves your device. This means our practice is inherently compliant with major privacy regulations including the GDPR (European Union), CCPA (California), PDPA (Singapore), and similar frameworks around the world. There are no cross-border data transfers because there are no data transfers at all.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's update notes when applicable.
